Koster alleges fraud, plunder in US Fidelis filing
April 15, 2009 – U.S. Fidelis owner, Darain Atkinson, is building a $17 million home on Lake St. Louis. (David Carson/P-D) US Fidelis intentionally shortchanged its customers, and the firm’s owners illegally plundered the company for personal gain, Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster alleged in motions filed in federal bankruptcy court Thursday.
